Naturelle offers shipping across Canada and The USA, at reduced rates. This can save you hundreds of dollars in shipping charges alone! Accessories usually ship via courier and may arrive separately from your mattresses and adjustable beds. Adjustable beds are shipped via professional freight to assure proper handling of your bed. Returns & replacements
We understand that even though we do work closely with our customers to match them with the best mattress based upon their unique sleep needs and requirements, the real test of individual mattress compatibility comes after having slept on it for a period. We are so confident of the quality and superior comfort of our Natural latex mattresses that we give you a 1 Year Comfort Guarantee period to try out your new Naturelle Latex mattress ! If you have an On-Line Order account: First, login into your account. In the navigation menu, there are various options to update account information:
Account Dashboard: Update contact information, mailing preferences, primary billing address, and primary shipping address.
Account Information: Update Name, Email address, and password.
Address Book: View, and edit your address.
My Orders: View your order history.
Newsletter Subscriptions: Manage your email subscriptions.
